As a general rule, I hate the wind. My least favorite kind of weather, for sure. When the time for Carly’s senior portraits came and the wind was going strong, I was worried it would mess everything up. But you know what? It didn’t. It actually made things a little more awesome. It added just the right amount of drama, and luckily, Carly has that amazing kind of hair that actually looks fabulous a little windblown. Sure, it was still annoying at times, but for the most part, I ended up loving it.

How phenomenal are Carly’s eyes? So amazing.

You’re beautiful Carly!
How much do you love all this color? So fun to photograph. And so is Sydney. Loved this session!

Dear Sydney, you’re gorgeous. The end.

The gorgeous miss Courtney. Love this girl!

We now have a Rewards Program for seniors who help promote us to their friends/family/neighbors/strangers. Here’s how it works:
- For every person that leaves a comment on our Modern Graduate Blog about your senior session, you’ll receive $3 in credit toward prints or products. (Comments are counted 1 per person — so if Aunt Fergie leaves 6 comments, she’s awesome, but it’s still only $3 credit)
- For every person who books a senior session with Modern Graduate Photography as a result of your referral, you’ll receive $30 in credit toward prints or products.
- Every person who “likes” our Modern Graduate Facebook page as a result of your prompting/referral, you’ll receive $5 in credit toward prints or products.
Can you think of any other ways you can help promote us? Send us your ideas and if we decide to use it, we’ll send you an iTunes giftcard!

Spencer is a graduating senior from Salem Hills High School. He’s also an awesome musician (which I know since I got to hear him a play a little during the shoot!). He’ll be heading off to BYU soon…

Keltzie Jade is one of my amazing cousins, and I can’t believe she’s a graduating senior! She’ll be graduating from Mountain View High School. She’s an amazing basketball player and also loves photography (hooray!). Keltz, your gorgeous inside and out.

Logan is awesome. I’ve known him for a few years now, and I’ve always been impressed by his maturity, kindness, intelligence, and positivity. He’s a senior at Springville High School and is currently the president of the FFA and will continue working with that group through this summer.

Love this girl! She’s smart, funny, an amazing tennis player, and a senior at Springville High School. She’ll be heading off to fashion school in New York City soon. Good luck Spencer! I’ll miss you, but I know you’re going to rock the Big Apple.

I’ve known Zach for a few years, but since we moved, I haven’t seen him in a while. He’s gotten SO tall! (Is that totally an old lady comment, or what? I swear I’m cool, guys). Zach is a senior at Springville High School. He’ll be heading off to boot camp here in a few weeks and I wish him luck!

Chelsea is a fabulous senior from Maple Mountain High School. She’ll be attending college in the fall and hopes to go into something medical related. She also recently became 2nd attendant in the Miss Springville/Mapleton Pageant. I loved working with you, Chelsea, and wish you all the best in the future!
